Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

Because exploring scents should be fun! Each order includes a complimentary 2ml sample  (its not mandatory) so you can discover your next favorite fragrance.

Perfume hues vary naturally based on ingredients—vanilla deepens over time, citrus stays light—but this doesn’t affect scent or quality. We never use artificial dyes, keeping every bottle pure and authentic.

Natural ingredients shift subtly with each harvest (thank you, sunshine and soil!). These variations are normal and don’t impact your fragrance’s performance.
